Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply when you, as a consumer (the "Customer"), place an order through www.dreamlyhome.com and its associated pages (the "Website"). The contract is between you and Dreamly Home. Detailed contact information and other information about Dreamly Home is set forth on the Website. The Terms and Conditions apply only to customers who are consumers.
The Customer must be at least 18 years old to order through the Website. Dreamly Home reserves the right to refuse or modify a Customer's order (for example, if the Customer has provided false personal information and/or has a criminal record for non-payment of debts).
Dreamly Home shall not be liable in the event that products are sold out, nor for any image or printing errors on the website, e.g. errors in product description or technical specification, inaccurate prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers, currency changes) or incorrect information about whether a product is in stock. Dreamly Home is entitled to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been quoted for a product ordered by the customer, Dreamly Home will of course inform the customer accordingly and await the customer's agreement to the changed price before Dreamly Home proceeds with the order process. All images on the Website are to be considered illustrations only. Such illustrations do not guarantee that they represent the exact appearance, function or origin of the product. Dreamly Home is not responsible for any third party information provided on the Website.
The Website and all of its contents are the property of Dreamly Home or its licensors. The information is protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without Dreamly Home prior written consent.
2. CONTRACTS AND ORDERS
A purchase agreement is formed when Dreamly Home has confirmed the Customer's order and the Customer has received an order confirmation from Dreamly Home via email. Dreamly Home recommends that the Customer keeps the order confirmation for any subsequent contacts with Dreamly Home customer service regarding the order. The Customer is entitled to cancel its order until it has been confirmed by Dreamly Home. If the order is cancelled, Dreamly Home will refund any payments made by Customer or Customer's payment or credit card company in relation to the order.

4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
Prices quoted on the Website are for orders placed on the Website. All prices are in $ and do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately. For EU countries, 25% VAT is included in the product price.
The Customer may pay for their purchase in the manner specified on the Website. Dreamly Home is entitled to charge the customer already in connection with the order. Dreamly Home reserves the right not to offer all payment methods at all times, or to change the payment method if the payment method chosen by the Customer, for whatever reason, does not work at the time the order is executed. Please note that the limitations of the available payment methods are listed on the website.
5. SPECIAL OFFERS
Dreamly Home may from time to time provide special offers on the Website which may have more favorable conditions than those set forth in these General Conditions, e.g. with regard to payment or extended right of withdrawal. Such conditions will apply for the duration of the special offer and for the specific products set forth by Dreamly Home in connection therewith. Dreamly Home reserves the right, at any time, to withdraw such special offers. Upon termination or withdrawal of a special offer, these General Conditions shall apply without any amendments. Any offers on specific products on the Website are valid only for a limited period of time and until products are sold out.
6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days set forth on the Website. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in connection with reservation of products not in stock), delivery will be made no later than 10 working days after Dreamly Home has confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation. Further information about Dreamly Home delivery of products and the conditions for delivery are set forth here. The Shipping times are for all Products, our delivery can take up to 30 days.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Dreamly Home is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Dreamly Home s control, e.g. general labour dispute, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, Dreamly Home shall inform the Customer accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the Customer and Dreamly Home are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
8. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
Dreamly Home reserves the right to change these General Conditions at all times. Any changes to these General Conditions will be posted on the Website. Changes will become valid once the Customer has accepted the General Conditions (in connection with a new purchase or while browsing the Website), alternatively 30 days after Dreamly Home has informed the Customer of the changes. However, Dreamly Home recommends that the Customer regularly remains updated on the Website in order to become aware of any changes to the General Conditions.
9. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Any disputes shall primarily be settled by agreement after discussions with Dreamly Home customer services.
