We offer free international shipping sitewide.

Please allow 2-3 days processing and production time for your order to ship out.

Once your order has been placed it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Our average shipping times are 10-15 days. Our products are shipped directly from warehouses overseas and some products are made on demand. As a result, shipping may be a bit longer than expected. 7-30 business days.

Please expect additional delays due to Covid restrictions and holidays. (The world hasn't gone back to normal yet)

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information.

Notify us immediately via email at info@dreamlyhome.com If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

Returns and exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Please send an email to info@dreamlyhome.com if you want to return your shipment . Refunds will be made after we recieve the returned item and upon checking that the product(s) is unused, has the tags and is in original packaging.

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels/packages to send product(s) back to us. You must send back unwanted product(s) at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping the product(s) back via Fedex, UPS or DHL.

We will issue a full refund to the original method of payment within 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise in original condition at our refund station. For more information please leave us an email: info@dreamlyhome.com

Please email us on info@dreamlyhome.com indicating the problem and we will help with a solution.

As soon as we recieve the product we will send you a confirmation email. Upon checking the product we will give you a refund, new product or store discount.
