If you require a replacement, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the issue along with a clear description of the problem (try to be as descriptive as you can while sending the defective images). It would also be very helpful to name your Courier Number from the outer packaging of your product.

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels/packages to send product(s) back to us. You must send back unwanted product(s) at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping the product(s) back via Fedex, UPS or DHL.

Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
